Transitional Housing

Safe, structured transitional housing for adult men committed to recovery and personal growth. Housing includes curfews, substance-free expectations, peer accountability, and individualized goal planning.

Recovery Support & Accountability

Weekly onsite Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) meetings and weekly drug and alcohol testing to support sobriety and accountability. Trauma-informed recovery support is integrated throughout the program.

Workforce Training & Employment

Job readiness and felon-friendly employment pathways in automotive, welding, carpentry, construction, HVAC helper roles, warehouse and logistics, manufacturing, and property maintenance.

Financial Literacy & Credit Repair

Budgeting, banking, credit education, debt reduction planning, and savings strategies to build long-term financial stability.

Homeownership Readiness

Education and planning for long-term housing stability, including savings plans and first-time homebuyer readiness partnerships.

Transportation & Driver’s License Assistance

Support obtaining identification, driver’s license reinstatement guidance, transportation planning, and vehicle purchase opportunities after program graduation.

Graduation & Long-Term Stability

Graduates receive continued support, employment advancement guidance, financial planning assistance, and education on IRA and Roth IRA accounts.
