Hope and Faith Based Reform provides men-only transitional housing and reentry support for adult men who are committed to recovery, accountability, and rebuilding their lives.

Our program is designed for individuals seeking structure, stability, employment support, and long-term independence.

Submitting an application does not guarantee placement. All applications are reviewed based on eligibility, availability, and program fit.

Program Eligibility

Applicants must:
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Identify as male
• Be willing to live in a structured, substance-free environment
• Participate in weekly AA meetings
• Comply with weekly drug and alcohol testing
• Engage in employment, training, or job placement activities
• Follow house rules and program expectations
